The challenge is to not overthink our actions, not to overthink the task at hand. Just like we don’t always do what we want to do, we shouldn’t be overthinking. It is the task that is over-thinking, but not the task at hand. We are on autopilot, and our actions should be doing our best to avoid mistakes.
One of the most important things to remember when you do something (or don’t do something) that is not your own is that you are still the one who is making the choice. You are still the one who’s doing the driving; you are still the one who has to pick up the phone. No one else can make a conscious decision for you.
This is a good reminder to us all. If we are not careful, we can forget our own choices on things we take for granted. This happens a lot in our society, especially in the tech world. We all have a tendency to think that any decision we are making is our own. When it is not, it is our job to remind ourselves how we are so much less of an “I” it is a “we.
The main thing that sets a bad example for us is the way we go about our lives. We tend to think of ourselves and our lives as something that we will enjoy. We don’t want to be unhappy, we want to be happy. To be that happy, we need to be happy, and we need to be happy that we are happy. It means we are more likely to have the good fortune of being happy than we are to have the misfortune of being unhappy.
Being happy does not mean you have to go through life always feeling like you have to prove yourself. Most of us have a tendency to get stressed, frustrated, and unhappy when something doesn’t go our way, but that doesn’t mean we have to let it be a constant state of being. It is much more beneficial to go about your life the best that can be done, without worrying about how you look or what other people think.
The best way to do this is to focus on the positive. If you don’t take your own self-awareness to heart, then you will be constantly worrying over what people think, what you have to do to impress them, or what you have to do to win them over. These worry-inducing thoughts can make it so you can barely function.
In order to take your stress level down, you have to look at the positives. Life is what you make it, so if you are consistently worrying, you are constantly struggling and making it harder to live. That’s why you need to focus on the positives. Don’t worry about what you have to do to impress others, or what you have to do to win others over.
Another way to look at it is, you need to find the things that are positive in your life, and focus on those. If you are feeling like you have too much anxiety and depression, then you need to find the things that make you feel positive and do something to make it feel like its there.
This all comes down to a simple concept, it’s called self-awareness. Like most of the other things in life, self-awareness is hard to come by, but if you are able to gain it, your life will change drastically in ways you haven’t even thought about. It is much easier to start off with something positive and then make it all the way through, then to do a few things positive and make the rest of your life into positive things.
There is a great deal of self-aware stuff in the whole of life, but most of the time, the biggest thing self-aware is can be a little bit of a distraction (as in the ones I mentioned earlier). So what better way to get the most out of life than to start at the beginning and work your way up.
