Android users will find this guide very useful if they have some difficulty deleting sent text messages on their phone.
SMS is a very popular messaging system, but it was recently caught sending people messages that were inappropriate even when the sender specifically asked them to stop. Most mobile phones allow you to delete messages, but many don’t and may end up showing a “delete message” notice. However, if you can’t delete your messages, then it’s good to know that there’s another way.
There are a few ways to delete messages on android. The quickest method is to press and hold the home button, press and hold the volume down button, and press and hold the power button. Then release the power button. You should see a message box appear on your screen. Then, scroll through the alphabet until you find the message you wish to delete, and then choose “delete”.
The method of deletion is very similar to the method of deletion on iOS. Press and hold the home button, press and hold the volume down button, then hold the power button. Then release the power button.
The thing I really want to avoid with iOS is that you’re forced to delete text messages that are “sent” from an iOS device. Of course, you can easily delete text messages that are “sent” from a separate Android device.
I hate texting. I used to use it a lot for work because it was just so easy and convenient. But now I just don’t have the time. I like writing notes, and I even have a few apps that can manage my notes. I’d like to see texting on my desktop go the same way, so I can write notes there and never have to worry about it.
This is one of the most common reasons that we hear, and the first step to actually fixing this is to start deleting text messages. We all need to take a moment and think about the kind of messages that we send out, and when we send out such messages, it might be time to delete them. The first thing to do is to look at the sender. You can find this information in the “Send this message to” dialog.
Messages can be sent to anyone on your phone or your iDevice, but since the majority of text messages are sent to someone we already know (i.e. we’ve exchanged a few messages with said person), we would usually assume that anyone with access to our phone or iDevice would know where to send it, so we’d probably delete it from the sender’s account.
That being said, there are multiple ways you can send a text message from your phone. You can send the message by simply sending a phone call. Or you can send the message by using the text messaging feature of your phone. The text message itself will not be deleted by the sender. But the sender’s message will be deleted from the phone’s history, i.e. the sender will not be able to send you further messages until you delete the message from your phone.
