I recently got some really good news. I found myself a new job. I now have a much-needed media planner that I can use to create a media checklist for myself. This allows me to be more intentional about what I own, what I want to do with it, and what I don’t want to do with it.
The media planner has been on my to-do list for a long time, and now I use it to help me plan out my media consumption as well. It’s great because I can then use it to track what my media consumption looks like and how well I’m doing. I also use it to track the things that I like and dont like and what I want to do with them.
The game has changed a bit since the trailers were released, but the first trailers just show us the changes. What’s the point of these trailers if we have to guess the game’s current direction, but I still am interested in the game’s direction? Now the game has a lot to say about where it’s coming from, but it doesn’t really change everything about my design as a game designer.
The game currently is not a game, but instead a media planner. So its like a story planner, but its really not. Its like the difference between having a game and having a board game. The game designer is the person who tells the story the game tells, and the board game designer is the person who makes the board. And Im the board game designer.
So its like a game designer that gets paid to make a game, and the game designer that just makes a game. But in this case its the other way around. The game designer is the person who makes a game, and the media planner is the person who tells the story the media tells. And Im the media planner.
When you’re not playing the game, you’re actually playing the board game.
Media planners are, in a lot of ways, the secret power behind a game. Some games are set up to mimic real life, or at least the way things are supposed to be. You have the game designer in charge of a game that has to be put together by the media planner. It’s a process that usually takes a good deal of time.
For a game that is supposed to be about the media, a media planner is the person who arranges the media to tell the story and makes sure everything is set up for the media to tell the story in an interesting way. It is up to the media planner to ensure that the game makes sense, that the media telling the story is compelling, and that the media telling the story is interesting.
So media planners are tasked with creating a game from a set of media documents. These are usually quite detailed documents that outline the game’s plot, characters, and settings. Media planners have to make sure that the game will be interesting and compelling to any interested parties. They have to ensure that the story telling is interesting and compelling, that the game will make sense, that the media telling the story is engaging, and that the media telling the story is compelling.
When I hear the word “media,” I automatically think of TV, movies, or video games. When I think of a “game” however, I think of something like “a computer game” or “an MMORPG.” But in reality, media planning is nothing like those things.
