There are three mental frameworks that everyone holds onto; the three levels of self-awareness. The first level is what I like to call an emotional framework. This framework is the thing that we hold onto when we can’t see clearly or feel clearly.
The second and third levels are the mental frameworks that you hold onto when you can see clearly or feel clearly. If you can see clearly or feel clearly, then that’s one of the three levels of self-awareness.
For example, if you can see clearly and feel clearly, then you know the third mental framework. If you can see clearly and feel clearly, then you know the second level of self-awareness. If you can see clearly and feel clearly, then you know the first level of self-awareness.
That is all very nice, but it doesn’t address how you are feeling. Mental frameworks are very important, but they are only one of the three levels of self-awareness. Self-awareness is so much more than just knowing how you feel, it’s about feeling. If your brain feels good, then it is ready to be aware of your feelings. If your brain feels better, then it is ready to be aware of how its feeling.
Mental frameworks are very important to help us be in touch with our feelings. But if your brain feels like shit, then it is only interested in what it can get from the feelings it already has. That’s why it is important to have a mental framework. A mental framework is like a mental model of something. A mental framework will help you determine things like, how to feel, what to do, and how to behave.
Mental frameworks do a lot more than just help us be in touch with our feelings. They are also very important to our cognition. For example, if you are not aware of your mental framework, then you are not able to recognize the mental model that you have created that you think is in control of your feelings. If this happens to you, you might not realize that you are suffering from a condition like post-traumatic stress disorder.
The main theme of this trailer is that you want to feel the “something” you are experiencing as it happens. This is the way that you know that it’s something you are experiencing. This is your real world, so you can see when you feel something, and when you feel it, and you want to feel what it is.
This is a common theme among the mental frameworks that I have created. I am quite interested in how I can apply this theme to my life.
